Description
This workshop is for women in all stages of life who are looking to strengthen their pelvic floor and core muscles. Class will be led by a Pelvic Floor Corrective Exercise Specialist who will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and core through breath work and exercises designed to specifically target these areas. Class suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat to class.(SM)
