Grab a buddy or meet one in class! This fun, yet challenging workout combines weights, plyometrics, core work and manageable cardio exercise in a circuit format. Each week will have a different set of exercises to keep you and your body guessing! All levels of fitness welcome, modifications will be given. Bring a mat to class. (SM)
