SCNP: Endangered Species Day

Description

Celebrate and honor some of our most threatened species here in North Carolina. You can view (and maybe touch) our rough Northern Pine Snake, and watch our unique Spiny Softshell turtle swim. Make and take home native 'seed bombs' to support native wildlife in your own space. Open to all but best for ages 5+.


Pre-registration required for adults and children ages 5+; children under 5 may attend without registering but content may not be suitable. Not a drop-off program; children must be accompanied by a registered & participating adult age 18+. This programs takes place inside the fully accessible Nature Center.
