Description
Enjoy a guided reflective experience as you glide on the waters of Lake Chaminwood. Connect to nature through all your senses in an immersive and regenerative way. This isn’t just a journey on the water but a time to reflect, recharge and let your stress melt away. Participants are welcome to bring their personal canoe or kayak or use one on site.
Previous paddling experience is recommended as this is a non-instructional program. Dress for the weather, and wear clothing that can get wet, including shoes. Bring a water bottle.
The launch area is easily accessible by a paved sidewalk from the parking lot.
