We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
SHiNE™ will incorporate 16 routines beginning with a signature warm-up and then increase the intensity as the program progresses. Instructor will teach routines that will bring out different emotions and movement while alternating the complexity and intensity to ensure safety and fun. The choreography will entail traditional jazz, ballet and hip-hop, and provide the perfect balance of cardio, toning, and strength components.
