One week. One incredible Shakespeare play. Are you up for the challenge? Award-winning educators, Amy & Phoenix, use their first-class understanding of Shakespeare's original text to create endlessly entertaining performances from their young actors. It will be fun, but it won’t be easy. This class will culminate with a performance on the last day at 2:00 pm. This Summer, we will be bringing to life William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. Viola, separated from her twin Sebastian after a shipwreck, dresses as a boy to work for Duke Orsino. Viola falls in love with Orsino. But, Orsino is in love with Olivia. So, Orsino sends Viola to woo Olivia for him. Except, Olivia falls in love with the disguised Viola. Suddenly, Sebastian shows up and hilarity ensues. Grab your yellow stockings and best disguise for this Shakespearean comedic classic. Full-day camp students should be sent to YTN with a packed lunch and two snacks that do not need to be in a refrigerator or microwaved.
