*If you still want to join, call the Recreation Office 715-232-1664Classes will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. This is a yoga program that is designed to incorporate a fitness workout that is modern, simple, relaxing, and systematic. This program is safe and effective, and appropriate for all ages. Working from beginners to advanced fitness levels. These classes feature strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility components using music to enhance the experience.
