Prior Yoga experience is recommended to participate in this more vigorous, fitness based class. Focusing on strength, balance and flexibility, and taught in Vinyasa flow style, linking one breath to one movement, this class is fast paced, and challenging. Modifications and variations will be provided to allow students to work at their own level.
Please bring yoga mat to class.
