Life can be tough sometimes, but working out doesn’t have to be! Come shimmy your worries away and lose yourself in fun, upbeat music from all over the world. This class uses choreographed moves and energetic songs to brighten your mood, tone your muscles, and burn calories without even realizing it! So whatever life throws at you: when it doubt—just dance it out!
Please bring a water bottle to class.
