Description
A fun & upbeat group personal training workout designed to tone and tighten. Make working out less of a chore and more something you actually look forward to with loud upbeat music, group motivation- support- camaraderie, friendly team building workout games, and modifications to accommodate ALL fitness levels!
WARNING- Interactive Team Building Games may cause overwhelming LAUGHTER, EXCITEMENT, & MOTIVATION to work just a little bit harder.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle.
