Description
Utilizing the fundamentals of a core Pilate’s workout that is based upon fewer controlled movements, along with gravity, to work core muscles, this class will incorporate simple equipment which will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class. NO CLASS: 4/1.
