Interacting with people in social situations can sometimes feel awkward and overwhelming. Improv comedy can be a great way to learn a new skill that can help increase comfortability while meeting new people in a welcoming environment. This class will lead participants through a series of games focused on getting you out of your head and having some fun. Angela and Christopher have years of experience, training and performing at top improv clubs in Chicago, NYC, and Boston. Although both are extraverts on-stage, they have social anxiety in real life and know how uncomfortable social situations and small talk can be. Improv has helped them boost their moods and confidence, decrease anxiety and stress, think more creatively, increase neuroplasticity, and be better humans in general. No acting, improv, or comedy experience needed! *Extraverts are welcome, too!Register in advance; space is limited.
