The HawkManiac Fitness Club focuses on many different fitness activities designed to help you successfully finish the HawkManiac -- an obstacle-course type fitness challenge to be held in May on campus. Each participant will have customized workouts appropriate to their own level of fitness. As in many aspects of life, your only real competition in this club is .... yourself.
