This program is designed for Middle School and High School athletes to help them improve their skill, coordination, speed, agility, explosiveness, and game conditioning for soccer. Athletes will explore the game through fun exercises and mini-games in a fast paced environment. Some of the topics will include dribbling to attack and evade with the ball, individual and small group attacking & defending (1-on-1, 2-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-21) scenarios. In addition, field awareness and decision making will be a critical component of the program.
