All new cake decorating class for budding cake artists! We will use faux cakes to explore decorating with frosting and practice various piping techniques. Using fondant, gum paste and chocolate we will create cake toppers and cake accessories to upgrade any cake. At the end of the week, campers will test their skills in a fun challenge where they design and decorate a celebration cake. A tip sheet, recipes and all edible art will go home with each camper. *Please note this is a cake decorating class.*
