Mixed Level Metal Smithing and Enamels Instructor: Spencer Lawson Day: Tuesday Time: 6:30-9:00pm Dates: April 2- May 21 (8 weeks) Cost: $199 includes all supplies This class is tailored to accommodate students of varying experience. Beginning students are given an introduction to the basics of metalsmithing (forging, riveting, stamping, soldering, and the proper use of metal tools), as well as enameling. Experienced students will advance their skills under personal instructor guidance. During this 8 week course we will be using copper and brass to make a variety of projects. Bring your ideas! Scholarships are available for school-age students whose household income qualifies for the federal free and reduced lunch program. We also offer a Military Discount for MAC classes. Only one coupon may be used per registration. For more information or questions about adult scholarships, please contact MAC prior to registration. MAC has a non-refundable deposit on classes that are canceled by the participant before the start of class. If a class is canceled by MAC before it begins, the entire paid amount will be refunded.
