About this event
Up your game with a light-up utility bag. Participants will start by sewing a parallel circuit onto a felt pattern to create the light source - no more bag dumps to find things. Wait, sew a circuit? Yes, participants will create a soft circuit with conductive thread, sewable LEDs, and a battery pack. Your pattern will then be taken to the sewing machine where you will learn to sew a basic stitch to transform your piece of felt into a bag. Don’t forget the final additions, make your bag unique with embellishments and a customizable handle. Limit 6 participants.
