About this event

Join us for our annual family-friendly Maple Syrup Festival & Pancake Breakfast in Makanda, IL from March 23-24, 2024! We are seeking artisans, crafters, and vendors of all kinds. Vendor setup spaces are located outdoors along the festival sidewalk to form a "vendor alley" for participants. The spaces are 12x12 or 12 x 24. Extension cords, tents, tables, and chairs are NOT provided by Touch of Nature for this event. Access to electricity is extremely limited. Vendor Alley will be open to the festival as follows: Saturday, 9AM - 3:30PM, and Sunday, 9AM - 4PM. Each vendor is required to remain open for business until the end of the Vendor Alley hours. Setup will be allowed from 7AM - 9AM daily, with Saturday access starting at 7 AM. This event is rain or shine. Please plan accordingly. Vendor spaces will be assigned by event coordinators. Vendors may make requests on placement, however Touch of Nature does not guarantee that all requests can be honored. Tables, chairs, tents, electrical cords, and lights are not provided. Booths are welcome to remain set up overnight at the discretion of the owner; TON will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. Booth Fees: Single (12x12) $25 + $5 processing fee/ Double (12x24) $50 + $5 processing fee - fees are for the entire weekend. Vendors providing demonstrations maybe eligible for a fee waiver that will be distributed that the discretion of event organizers. Please direct any questions to ton@siu.edu.
