These yoga sessions will be combined with the MCPS Faculty program. Sessions will be indoors at the MPS Cafeteria in March and when weather deems appropriate, otherwise they will be held at Hoover Ridge Park. Participants should bring a yoga mat or blanket, water bottle, and facemask (indoors only, not during active participation.)
