This is a drop-in activity. No registration is required.
This is a gentler paced water exercise program ideal for those with any joint issues or those who enjoy a slower paced activity.
No classes on Statutory Holidays.
This class is included in your MYPass membership or by paying the regular drop in admission.
Please bring a water bottle and patrons are welcome to wear water shoes.
