This low-impact, equipment-free stretching and strengthening class is perfect for men and women and will leave you felling energized, youthful, and healthy. Essentrics® is a dynamic, full-body workout that simultaneously combines stretching, strengthening, and toning, while engaging all 650 muscles. Join in the next class for a dynamic workout that will activate all your muscles, free your joints, and increase mobility.Classes start June 3rd and will take place on Mondays at 5:45pm.The cost for this 8 week class is $64.
