This low-impact fitness class uses easy-to-follow calorie burning moves to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, cardiovascular function, and mood boosting! Keep yourself FIT while having FUN! Beginners welcome. Wear comfortable exercise shoes/attire and bring water. CLASS WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS AT 85 TREVARNO ROAD (BEHIND LITTLE HOUSE PRESCHOOL)
