Description
Make every day your best day by adding energy and focus to your life by adding a gentle yoga practice. The yoga poses are low-impact and promote overall fitness, muscle relaxation, and flexibility. This is a good entry level class for those who want a slower approach to a traditional yoga practice. Please bring your own yoga mat, 2 blocks (4 inch thick), and a pillow case.
