Description
Looking for an ideal alternative to working out in the gym? Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity with drills to give athletes of all abilities the ultimate, high- energy workout. Class includes warm-up, cardio workout, and coo-down phases. If you're looking for a new way to get in shape and burn calories, try Cardio Tennis. All playing levels are welcome, including beginners! Tennis racket is required. This class is held at The Club at Livermore. Club membership not required.
