Description
Have you wanted to try yoga but don't know where to start? Have you been to a few classes but want to refine your skills in a smaller group setting? Yoga has greatly increased in popularity, but that doesn't mean it's easy! Yoga is a vast subject, therefore one of our goals is to give you an introduction to th physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Each session will include breath work, breakdown of poses, flow, and restorative rest. We want to give you the foundation and tools to join any yoga class feeling comfortable and confident.
