About this event
This class will introduce students to various printmaking methods and provide an overview for those looking to build their fundamental knowledge. Students can look forward to drypoint, collagraph, linocut, woodcut, and monotype techniques. By combining hands-on instruction with historical context, students can begin to combine techniques and experiment in their own pieces. Through these printmaking fundamentals, students will develop their abilities to express creativity in a variety of ways, as well as build confidence in utilizing a printing press. Open to all experience levels, but ideal for beginners.
