Description
This nine-week program has been proven to improve the quality of life of family caregivers caring for a loved one with a primary diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia by helping them manage stress and cope better with their lives. Each group is limited to 8 participants. Family members should not enroll in the same session.
