Description
Otters orient the beginner to water, assist him or her to experience the buoyant qualities of water, introduce elementary movement skills, develop comfort and confidence in the water and offer an enjoyable experience.
Seals improve front and back glides, introduce rollovers and increase endurance to 10m.
