Description
Dolphins build on previous learning, introduce front crawl, deep water skills and increase endurance to 25 metres.
Swimmers build on previous skills in deep water, develop proper techniques of the front crawl stroke, introduce the back crawl and develop the individual's ability to swim a distance of 50 metres.
