Description
A welcoming yoga flow class, tailored for all levels to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. Experience a supportive practice that energizes both body and mind. Beginners welcome and more experienced yogis will have an opportunity to dive deeper into their practice.
*Please bring your own yoga mat. You are welcome to bring any other props such as a block, strap, towel, blanket, or eye mask. (If you forget your mat, the teacher will have a limited number of spare mats. You may rent a mat $10.
