Description
This single session workshop will provide education on nutrition, and more importantly, will support you in finding ways to apply what you learn in your own life, in ways that will work for you, without restrictive diet culture or fads.Through guided prompting you will have the opportunity to set goals and plan actions that will support you. This realistic, personal, no-nonsense approach to nutrition is perfect for anyone who wants to empower themselves to eat healthier in a sustainable way that works for them.
This workshop will also include a mindful movement session.
