About this event
This hands-on workshop will cover the basics of how to make simple, delicious cheese in your own kitchen. We will cover equipment, supplies, and basic techniques used to make most types of cheese. Each participant will take part in making a batch of fresh mozzarella, ricotta, and paneer which will be made from start to finish in the class. Participants will take home instructions and a set of ingredients (minus the milk) to make a batch or two at home. Registration closes the day before this class begins. Please call for availability for same day registration. Physical Demand [1] = Activity is indoors or outside with up to 1/10 of a mile walking; includes both sitting and standing
