The flavors of the holidays shine in seasonal sweetbreads. Join us in our teaching kitchen as we learn about baking yeast-raised sweetbreads and create a traditional holiday loaf of your own to take home and finish in your own oven. Registration closes the day before this class begins. Please call for availability for same day registration.
