Are you ready to explore the forests and fields of Prescott Farm with an Adventure Pack? Reserve a Pack for engaging and fun activities, games, and information that interpret the natural world surrounding you. Perfect for a day out with friends and family. Is it Time Yet?: Winter can seem like a quiet time, a waiting time, in the natural world. However, there is a lot going on! Explore the passage of time on your adventure. Begin by learning about time in the plant and animal world. Then, look into how the earth’s movement around the sun affects human perceptions of time and seasons. Finally, take an imaginary step back into the bigger picture with geologic time and some poetry. Note: We do not expect your group to complete every activity in the Adventure Packs. They have been designed so participants of all ages and experience levels find something right for them! See prescottfarm.org or the Adventure Pack cards for an explanation of each Adventure Level. We recommend spending about 2 hours with your Pack.
