Description
Considered the "chocolate of yoga," this passive floor-based practice uses bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support you, giving your body the rest and recharge it needs, physically and mentally. Melt into decadent rest as you calm the nervous system, heal, and restore. The ultimate self care experience. You can register for this class as a regular monthly participant or pay a $20 walk-in fee on the day of class. This month there will be no class on May 18 or 25.Summer Special: Take two of Karen's yoga classes in the same month and receive 2nd class 50% off
Please Bring: Water, Yoga Mat, and any other props you enjoy using. There will be a limited amount of props available for you to use.
