Description
A sound bath uses musical instruments to create a relaxing meditation experience. Benefits of a sound bath include relaxation, stress reduction and improved sleep. Guided by a trained instructor. Free Class for DRD members or $5 daily facility rates.
Please call La Quinta Community Center the morning of the class to make sure that the instructor hasn't cancelled the class for the day.This program suggests that you bring water and yoga mat. Not recommended for individuals that are pregnant, have pacemakers or epilepsy.
