Description
Yoga with Andyis an hour class that encompasses yoga poses and flows, full body stretching, flexibility and balance movements. It is designed for adults of all ages and is of benefit to conditioned participants as well as athletes. Please bring a yoga mat to class and your own blocks & straps if you have them.Location
