Description
This one-hour class is organized into three segments.1) Stretching component to improve flexibility. 2) Movements and exercises to enhance or improve balance. 3) Relaxation techniques for wellbeing and focus. Take what you learn from the classroom and apply it to your daily living. Suitable for all ages, experience and fitness levels. Utilize this class to help you fully relax and regroup from your daily activities, exercise or busy work day!Location
