Ride to the rhythm of powerful music to reach a calorie burning endorphin high. New spinners are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early for instruction/bike set up for ANY spin class
With a mix of sprints and heavy climbs all timed to the beat of the music, you’ll be counting down the hours till you’re back in the saddle... Tried and true spin followed by the most satisfying stretching session!
