This cannonball-with-a-handle training tool provides you with better strength, power and aerobic fitness. A kettlebell workout can raise heart rates and recruit muscles throughout your body. Michelle will teach you how to incorporate kettlebells safely into your gym workout.
Strengthen and tone your whole body at lunchtime! You will swing and squat to improve strength & cardiovascular endurance.
