This new circuit-style class will combine physical resistance, cardio, and stretching for a total body workout. In circuit training, the exerciser uses a low level of resistance for a period of time, then moves on to the next exercise. Participants will alternate between group resistance training and cardio in a circular formation, working all the major muscle groups. Effective and simple stretching will follow to increase flexibility. Add some upbeat music and you've got the combination for a great workout. Classes are open to anyone 18 and older and will be taught by Kayla Warner, a Certified Personal Trainer with over 7 years experience teaching circuit training.
