This workshop is all about creative expression through the happiness pillars of authenticity, confidence, and purpose. In it we'll be practicing telling our stories, using our voices, and sharing our light in powerful, meaningful ways. We'll be practicing happiness while creating personal manifestos, poems, and mantras to carry with us moving forward. Choose happiness by embracing your story, amplifying your voice, and sharing your light with others.
