Pakua is a Chinese Training Art that is considered a sister art to Tai Chi. It follows a training method of strengthening the body with different postures and walking in different circles. The class will cover some history along with the training exercises. You will learn to walk the circle to increase balance and strength and some of the ways to change direction while walking.
