About this event
Join us for a chair yoga class to gain greater flexibility in your joints, and increase your muscle strength and balance. Enjoy the benefits of deep breathing and learn how to meditate. This class is suitable for all ages, and you do not need prior yoga experience. You may bring your own yoga mat, but it is not required. Please call 816-584-0777 if you need further directions.
