About this event
After students have learned the beginning Tai Chi material, they may progress to the Intermediate Tai Chi Class. This class builds on more movements and exercises from the Beginners class. Participants will learn more postures plus details and principles of Tai Chi movements. It is strongly suggested that students enroll in both classes to keep training in the movements that were previously learned. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.
