The death or incapacity of a family member can present serious and difficult issues. Probate, wills, power of attorney, trusts, and health care decisions. Most of us plan to do something, someday, to get our affairs in order. Unfortunately, over 60% of people never establish a formal estate plan! This two-week course will help you understand the basics of estate planning: What are the important issues associated with death and incapacity? How can those issues be addressed? Learn how to eliminate probate, reduce taxes and ease the burdens that will fall to your loved ones, like designating guardians for minors and much more. The fee includes your spouse or partner.
