Come create and learn the basics of fashion design with Ms. Katarina! We will look for inspiration and create mood-boards. We will explore, touch, and feel fabrics of different texture, weight, and finish. We will illustrate existing and new designs and create hand-sewn basic garments (depending on the skills of the camper) for a 28” Barbie. In the end, we will choose and style unique looks for a ‘Barbie photoshoot.’ Ms. Katrina has an MFA in Fashion Design, experience working with several fashion companies, and has taught Fashion Design classes for over 7 years. She can’t wait to share her passion for fashion with our budding designers. A sewing Basket with basic sewing & drawing tools will be available for purchase for $50
