Join Shred Sessions for Women* and up your shred game! This is the fourth week, optional add-on, to progress skills and work on advanced jumping and small gap jumps. Advanced riders (level 5+/6) who feel confident clearing some table top jumps are welcome to sign up without taking the other course.
