Hey pregnant mamas! Come join Dr. Ali, a mom of an infant and toddler. Dr. Ali specializes in fertility and care for pregnant mamas and babies. This class will help you be more comfortable throughout your pregnancy, and has the potential to provide many other benefits! Mamas in all stagesof pregnancy are welcome! Yoga blocks, straps and mats provided, please bring a pillow and blanket for support. Register 7 days prior to class start date.Age Category
