In honor of Earth Day 2024, this partnership with IU Indy's Center for Africana Studies and Culture Indy Parks will provide a curated experience with the natural world through the lens of birding. Join us for a hike & presentation led by Dr. Samuel Ivande, the Bird Conservation Coordinator in the Global Center for Species Survival at the Indianapolis Zoo. Following the hike youth can make their own bird feeders to take home. Families will also have the opportunity to enjoy the Nature Center and beautiful natural surroundings of Holliday Park.
